How to return
You can return a product for a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery, providing it has not been used and that it is in its original state.
To prevent unnecessary use of ink, we don’t add a return form to each order (the amount of returns is low, so that would be a waste of paper and ink!) and we don’t ask you to print one. Instead, please write down the following details clearly on a piece of paper:
1) name
2) email address
3) order number
4) reason of return

After receiving your return in good order, we will give you an update by email. We take care of a full refund within a week after receiving your return.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns
1. You can only return goods that are unused and in original state.
2. We cannot process returns without order number, name and e-mail address so make sure to include that.
Shipping
3. Return shipping costs are for the buyer. Make sure to frank sufficiently and to keep the shipping confirmation.
Refund
4. After we’ve received your return, we will let you know by e-mail. We will make sure you’ll get your full refund within a week after receiving the package.
